The directory structure leverages the first 15 digits of the national and Anhui Province's medical consumable classification codes to ensure uniform identification across the province. In terms of implementation, historical payment data has been comprehensively analyzed, and payment standards have been established in reference to集中procurement prices and挂网prices to ensure equitable benefits and fund security.

Additionally, the bureau has addressed reasonable demands for new technologies and projects by clearly defining payment standards, individual upfront co-payment ratios, and restricted usage scopes for each medical consumable based on its 15-digit national code. The list has been cross-referenced with the latest national medical consumable generic names and classification codes to ensure seamless integration with national dynamic management mechanisms.
